# HARVEST（貸借料、元本受取）方法

HARVEST FLOWの応援証明書（Proof of Support）を持っているユーザは、HARVEST（収穫）することでプロジェクトからの貸借料や元本の受取請求を行うことができます。

### 1. アカウントページにアクセス

[HARVEST FLOW](https://www.harvestflow.io/rwa001/overview?lng=jp)でPOSを保有しているウォレットを接続後、アカウントページにアクセスしてください。

販売終了したプロジェクトのPOSはOpenseaなどのマーケットプレイスで購入することができます。

  * 利息発生期間：2024年9月1日〜2027年8月31日

### 2. 利息・元本の受け取り

アカウントページのDASHBOARDのHARVESTボタンを押し、トランザクションを承認することで保有しているPOSの請求できる利息・元本をまとめて受け取ることができます。&#x20;

個別のPOSごとに請求したい場合は、アカウントページのPOSセクションで請求したいPOSをクリックし、オーナーページで個別にHARVESTすることが可能です。

HARVESTやMINTした履歴はUSER HISTORYで確認することができます。
